How to Detox Estrogen Naturally
Estrogen dominance refers to having TOO MUCH estrogen in relation to progesterone.
We NEED estrogen, but having too much causes major problems!
Estrogen AND progesterone need to be kept in balance; part of progesterone's job is to keep estrogen levels in check.

2. SHOW YOUR LIVER SOME TLC
Eat a wide variety of grass-fed, pasture-raised, organic animal protein to help aid in liver detoxification. Maybe be adventurous and add in some beef liver!
3. DETOX YOUR HOUSE
Ditch traditional household cleaners which disrupt normal hormone functioning. Look for clean brands that are non-toxic. Throw away plastic food storage and replace with glass. Swap your non-stick pans for cast iron or stainless steel.
4. NUTRIENTS + MINERALS
Most women are "eating healthy" but still deficient in micronutrients. Add the rainbow to your diet, try all different kinds of veggies!
5. POOP DAILY
