How to Detox Estrogen Naturally

Estrogen dominance refers to having TOO MUCH estrogen in relation to progesterone.

We NEED estrogen, but having too much causes major problems!

Estrogen AND progesterone need to be kept in balance; part of progesterone's job is to keep estrogen levels in check.

Progesterone is your calming, pro-thyroid, relaxing, nurturing, anti-stress, anti-aging hormone. But….you ONLY make it if you're ovulating.

Ditch traditional household cleaners which disrupt normal hormone functioning. Look for clean brands that are non-toxic. Throw away plastic food storage and replace with glass. Swap your non-stick pans for cast iron or stainless steel.

Most women are "eating healthy" but still deficient in micronutrients. Add the rainbow to your diet, try all different kinds of veggies!

5. POOP DAILY
